1. Definitions

  • "User / You" refers to any visitor or registered user who uses this website or purchases credits.
  • "Digital Template" refers to any downloadable file available on the website.
  • "Services" refers to all SohozKaj modules — AI image generation, bulk photo editing, image editor, AI templates & documents, print media, SohozTools, form autofill, office spaces, income & expense, job board, and more.
  • "Credits" refers to the prepaid balance you buy to use the services, spent per AI action.

2. Terms of Use

  • You may log in to and use your account on up to 10 (ten) devices.
  • Most features on SohozKaj are free to use; only certain modules require credits, which are spent per AI action.
  • This website must be used for personal, business, or lawful purposes only.
  • Illegal activities, copyright infringement, or any action that harms our servers is strictly prohibited.
  • Website content may not be copied, uploaded, sold, or distributed without authorization.

3. Nature of Digital Products

  • SohozKaj has no subscription system. You buy credits and spend them only on the paid modules; all other features are free.
  • All templates are digital downloads — no physical delivery is provided.

4. License (Personal & Commercial)

SohozKaj offers both free and premium templates. When you download a template, you may use it under the following license terms:

4.1 Personal License:

  • Personal use only
  • Use in office, school, or personal projects without commercial gain
  • Templates may not be shared or re-uploaded elsewhere

4.2 Commercial License:

  • May be used for business, company, or commercial projects
  • May be used in client projects
  • Reselling, redistribution, or sharing the template "as-is" is not permitted

5. Payment & Pricing

  • Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) for users in Bangladesh and in US Dollar (USD) for international users, each with its own payment gateway.
  • SohozKaj runs on a pay-as-you-go credit model — you buy credit packages and spend credits per AI action.
  • Payments are processed via a payment gateway redirect; your card details are not stored by the app.
  • Credits are added, or download links activated, only after a successful payment.
  • We may, at our discretion, offer advance credits to users who have previously made a payment. Any advance credit used is deducted from your next recharge. This facility is available only to users with a prior payment history.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • We may close, change, or update any offer at any time — including before the stated offer period ends.

6. Refund Policy

As these are digital products/services, refunds are generally not provided, except in the following cases:

  • File failed to download
  • File is corrupted or unusable

7. Copyright & Ownership

  • All digital templates, designs, text, and graphics on this website are protected by copyright law.
  • Users do not own the templates — they receive a license to use them only.
  • Theft, copying, re-uploading, or selling content will result in legal action.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are not permitted to:

  • Resell or gift templates to others
  • Upload templates to file-sharing sites
  • Redistribute in "as-is" format
  • Attempt to hack the website or damage servers
  • Post offensive comments or engage in external spamming

9. Account & Security

  • Users are solely responsible for the security of their own account credentials.
  • If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to block the account.

10. Data Retention Policy

When you create images, documents, or files using SohozKaj Tools, the following policy applies to those files:

Private Access

All files, images, and documents you generate are completely private. No other user can view or access your files — only you can access them when logged into your account.

Storage Duration

We store your generated files free of charge for 1 (one) year from the date of creation. After this period, the file will be automatically and permanently deleted.

Lifetime Storage

You can keep your files permanently by paying a small annual fee. As long as this plan is active, your files will never be deleted.

  • We do not share your files with any third party.
  • We will notify you via email before your files are scheduled for deletion.
  • You can delete your own files at any time from your account.

11. Service Changes

SohozKaj reserves the right at any time to:

  • Modify products, pricing, layout, or features.
  • Temporarily suspend the site if necessary.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • SohozKaj is not responsible for any errors, losses, or outcomes resulting from the use of our templates.
  • Users use our products and services at their own discretion and risk.
  • Our AI-powered features do their best, but results are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Sometimes the AI may slightly change a face or produce an output that does not perfectly match your input. This is a natural limitation of AI technology, not a fault on our part. By using these features, you understand and accept that such variations may occur.

We are not responsible for the content or security of any external links found on this site.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
